Moulding
No bake sand Moulding.
Semi-automated 2 part system moulding line-Sand reclamation system in order to reuse the sand reduce the burden on natural resource.

Centrifugal Moulding
We have Centrifugal machines to cater small centrifugal liners as well as very big centrifugal liners.
We have plans of installing multi-station carousel centrifugal casting machine to increase productivity, standardization and reduce human skill dependency.
Melting
At the melting section, we have medium frequency Induction Furnaces
Fettling
We use following equipment’s for removal of runner, risers & for finishing of castings
- Indabrator make turntable type Double door Shot Blasting machines.
- Pedestal Grinder
- Pneumatic Pencil Grinders
- Casting painting made by dipping process and spray
